A Complete Building Service

As part of our personal service, we can either advise you on land purchase or meet you on site to discuss your building options. We then arrange the design of your home and can also arrange a meeting with our Finance associates, Finance Brokers of Tasmania. We'll arrange lodgement of your completed working plans and we keep you informed of progress so you don't have to deal with councils yourself. Once we have building approval we can commence construction.

Worry Free Construction

The construction process usually takes 5-6 months. During that time we help you select all your inclusions and provide full documentation along the way for you to keep for your records. We hold regular meetings to discuss your project and make sure we're meeting all your requirements but also make ourselves available whenever you need questions answered.
